The MATRIX AI Network team is excited to announce that after countless long nights, the MATRIX testnet development is complete! The testnet will support basic transactions, AI application tests, a handful of DApps, working auto-coding Intelligent Contracts and several other surprises.

The MATRIX testnet presents a crucial step in the team’s pursuit to create an AI-backed platform that solves the glaring issues currently plaguing other blockchain solutions including unnecessary programming barriers, common security vulnerabilities, a lack of flexibility, wasteful mining and subpar speed. In the lead-up to the MATRIX testnet, the team has started to pull back the curtain to give progress updates and demos relating to the MATRIX auto-coding Intelligent Contracts, the MATRIX Secure Virtual Machine and the MATRIX Digital Assets Safe. By integrating AI technology and cloud computing into the blockchain, the MATRIX AI Network testnet will allow the team to test the network’s self-optimizing capabilities.

MATRIX will also be launching several community activities including a Bug Bounty Program and a DApp competition, as well as introducing the MATRIX Blockchain Browser and Online Wallet Prototype. Details and instructions will be shared over the coming weeks.

The importance of community involvement and feedback on everything related to the testnet experience cannot be overstated.
