The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting developers, forging new partnerships, and driving mass adoption of our platform, products, and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for ecosystem growth, including attracting developers to build applications on Matrix.
- Identify, source, and establish strategic partnerships with relevant projects, organizations, and key opinion leaders in the blockchain, AI, and neuroscience sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and promote initiatives that drive user adoption and engagement across all products and services.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Represent our project at industry events, conferences, and online forums, as well as engage with the broader community through various channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of ecosystem development initiatives with overall project goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ecosystem development, strategic partnerships, or business development within the blockchain industry.
- Established network of connections with developers, projects, organizations, and influencers in relevant industries.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
