Announcement on Apocalypse Mining Machines
MATRIX understands the concerns about the Apocalypse mining machines from the Community. The mining machine is a business of Green Mining, a company specialized in mining for blockchain projects. Green Mining goes bankrupt and they are no longer able to render any assistance on this matter.
Given the situation of Green Mining, we believe this issue has to come to a resolution so the Community can move forward. While Green Mining is not part of MATRIX, we have the following arrangement as a gesture of our goodwill:
- We had asked the owner of the mining machines to provide us details on 22 April.
- Each of those who are affected in this matter and provided us the details has been compensated with an amount of 10K MAN coins between 8 and 9 May.
MATRIX is a non-profit organization and is a public blockchain. The compensation on this matter does not mean we will follow the same strategy on similar matters that may happen in the future.
